Brian "Farmer" O'Brien - 1957 - 2025
The sudden passing of Brian O'Brien has left family, friends and sports buddies from Lacrosse, Hockey and Baseball, with a big hole which will take a long time to heal. His favourite farmism's ..."I'm done with the Leafs! I'm never watching them again" will be missed in the change rooms. Your office at the side of the net will not be the same.
Bruce Paterson - 1966 - 2024
A true competitor who pushed himself to excel and every sport he participated in: hockey, road cycling, cyclocross, time trials, running, triathlon, golfing, skiing and curling. His friends at hockey will miss him greatly.
LES VILNEFF - 1956 - 2023
It is with deep sorrow that we report the loss of one of our members, Les Vilneff of Peterborough. He passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving behind an extended family and many friends. Les played in our Senior Division with Team White. (read more.....)
ALAN HARE - 1954 - 2022
After a long hospitalization due to a hockey accident, Alan moved back into his home in 2017. He will be missed by all his friends and hockey buddies.
TIM NOBES - 1948-2022
A well know and much liked player who was a member of the club for many years. Tim and his wife catered many of our hockey banquets. We will miss him and his cooking.
TED BICKELL - 1947 - 2022
On behalf of the family of Ted Bickell, Peter, Cliff and Craig would like to thank all those members of the Peterborough Seniors Hockey Club for their kind donations towards the establishment of a memorial bench in honour of Ted Bickell to be located in Lakefield.
RANDY KING - 1944 - 2021
A quiet defenseman who loved the game of hockey and long time player with the Friday Night League before joining our club. He is missed.
